Urban Rec Wollongong is all about good times, great vibes and playing social sports with your mates! Now, we’re making it even better for our returning teams! Introducing our Member Referral Program – where you get rewarded for bringing new teams into the fun.How It Works
If you’ve played a season with us before, you can score a $100 discount off your next team registration just by referring a new team to any of our leagues. Easy as that!Who’s Eligible?
Referring Teams:

• Must have played at least one full season with Urban Rec Wollongong.
• Must be registering for the next season to claim the discount.

New Teams:

• Must be brand new to Urban Rec Wollongong (over 50% of players must not have played with us before).
• Cannot be a recycled team made up of former members from the referring team.

How to Refer a Team

1. Register your team for the upcoming season.
2. Tell your mates to sign up as a new team and once they have registered - the captain will need to send us an email confirming their referring team.
3. We’ll check that the new team meets the criteria.
4. Once verified, your team gets $100 off your next season’s registration (e.g., refer a team in Winter, and you’ll get the discount for Spring).

Terms & Conditions

• Only one referral discount per team, per season.
• Referral discount can’t be stacked with other discounts or promos.
• Urban Rec Wollongong reserves the right to modify or end this program at any time.
• Any disputes? Management has the final say.

Hey Summer Captains! We know you’ve loved smashing goals, having laughs, and bringing that team spirit to the field all season long. Now, we’ve got something special to say “thanks” and help you stay in the game—enter the Priority Registration Period for Autumn 2025! 🥳

This exclusive window is all about giving YOU, our amazing Summer teams, the first chance to lock in your spot for our Autumn leagues before the season opens to the public and sells out. So if you want to keep the good times rolling under the sun this Autumn, pay close attention because you’ll have a limited-time VIP pass to secure your team’s place!

Here’s How it Works:

1. Captain’s Private Link 🔗
   Your team captain will receive a special registration link sent straight to their inbox on Thursday, March 20th, in the morning. This link is actually now sharable! so if you’re changing captains then you can just flick them the email you’ve received from us and away they go!

2. When to Register 📅
   The link will not be active until Friday, March 21st, at 6:00 pm sharp. This means you’ve got to be ready to click, type, and lock in that spot as soon as registration opens.

3. Epic Prizes for Fast Fingers ⏱️

   • First Team to Register at 6pm: The very first team to submit their registration AND PAY IN FULL will win their entire team fee back! That’s right—win, play, and save.
   • Missed the Cashback? Don’t worry—you’ll still be in the running for our Social Media Giveaway for $200 off your team fee’s & a set of limited-edition His Boy Elroy Team T-shirts for Summer. It’s not just a registration; it’s a chance to score some seriously good lookin threads!
      
4. Social Media Giveaway
   • To be eligible for our $200 prize draw – we will post a picture on our Instagram page from 8am Tuesday Morning – All you have to do is share the post to your instagram story & tag us 
   • If your instagram profile is set to private – you will need to just take a screen shot and DM us your entry along with your team name
   • You’ll then go into the running for $200 off your rego fee’s!
      
5. HBE PRIZE DRAW
   • ​​​​​​​If you managed to miss out on both of the above prizes – ALL TEAMS that have priority registered by Friday 28^th March will go into a prize draw to win a fresh set of team t-shirts!
