Urban Rec Illawarra is for nature lovers and laid-back lifestyle seekers south of the chaos of Sydney.  Urban Rec is all about re-igniting the FUN in sports, and we’re excited to be bringing the best in social sports to the Illawarra this spring! 

Our UOW leagues play at the University of Wollongong main campus. We also run leagues in Berkeley, North Wollongong Beach and Shellharbour, so check out our other locations for leagues that are closer to you.
